I never owned a dedicated Vocoder, be it Russian or of another origin.
I DO have some experience with Russian synths in general, though.
They all have their quirks, but there are some real gems (like the Polivoks).
My main problem is: They can be very hard to repair in Germany. Schematics are often non-readable, parts are unavailable etc. My usual synth tech refuses to take Russian synths...

Yes, that is an Elektronika. I once owned a string machine from the same plant. Solid casing, but the sliders did not seem to be too trustworthy.
Sounded very poor (no comparison to the lovely Faemi I still own). I would be sceptical about this one. Wink

The first synthesizer in history, it says. Ok, it's an extremely cool artifact for sure. I'd love to hear its sounds too. But... didn't Elisha Gray's musical telegraph appear a few years earlier? Hmmm...
