Anyone a fan of these? I believe they are still touring but without the violinist.

Saw them years ago and thought they were fantastic. Worth checking out

I liked Photos of Ghosts; loved the Italian singing English lyrics.

I recently bought Stati di immaginazione (CD+DVD) and think it's absolutely superb!

They still seem to have the magic they used to have back in the day

I suppose they had to sing in English to get into the international market. I've not heard their original albums but imagine they were very good, PFM being accomplished musicians and composers.

One question though, why do most EM artists, whatever the nationality, give their albums and tracks English titles?

Yes, their catalog is being remastered and should be available now.

The CD/DVD mentioned earlier was something I bought a few years back but was only able to watch it on my laptop because it was a PAL version. Recently, after buying The Eloy Legacy Box that was also a PAL version I decided to purchase a All Regions DVD player for only $39.99 and it plays both these titles without a problem. Now I don't have to wait for a US version to be released to enjoy some great concerts.

"L'isola di niente" - 1974

3rd album from 1974 superb, tight and minimal English vocals. At this point they where at their absolute peak compositionally and stylistically speaking.
