delay lama i had that for a while very very clever plug-in erasure used it on the come up and see me cover. i never ended up using it though, well maybe for a while on a bit pixel track but thought better of it and changed the part completely, probably to a square lead or some thing just as inventive.
think it could sound really good smothered in delay and reverb as a sound bed. might look into that.

I had this on my previous pc. It was great fun and unusual but I never used it in my music.

Funny how nobody ever really used it in their music... It's the same for me; the one and only time I used it it was played by FaBIO in a track for one of my solo albums, but it was way behind in the mix and dubbed by another sound Confused
I think the problem is that it stands out a bit too much; is it too peculiar, perhaps?
Anyway, I always thought it must be interesting when passed thru other filters and effects, but I never really tried... maybe I will soon Smile
Still, this is the first vst I show to any non musician who wants to see my instruments, it is just outrageous fun Very Happy

Cheeze machine is nice: http://bigtick.pastnotecut.org/index.php?action=PROD&pcode=110

I recently used it on a track that will be released next year.

Not actually free, but "pay what you want" - Scanned Synth:
http://www.humanoidsounds.co.uk/products.html

This synth can create a very deep, ambient, unusual sounds. It's difficult to design presets, but the result can be fantastic. I have a free soundset for this synthesizer on my website, so, if you have one, or just want to listen to how it sounds - welcome to:

Delay Lama is great if you get the combinations right. I used it on Gaiaspace.

Used to use Cheez Machine, but now have G Forces String Machine...

Crystal is amazing!
