Hello friends and fans,
we are happy to announce the return of MIRecords - the label for music from Bernd Kistenmacher.
MIRecords returns to his own roots and will publish Vinyls only. Vinyls are the secret love of Bernd Kistenmacher and we will publish his music in high quality pressing, designed as collectors items.
The work is in process.

Hallo Fans und Freunde elektronischer Musik,
wir sind stolz und glücklich, die Rückkehr von MIRecords - dem Label für elektronische Musik - ankündigen zu dürfen.
Nach über 10jähriger Ruhephase wird das Label nun im Frühsommer 2012 wieder aktiviert; und zwar als reines Vinyllabel!
Elektronische Musik auf Schallplatten, gut gemachte Aufnahmen, tolle Plattencover, Sammlerstücke. Musik zum anfassen. Ein sinnlicher Prozess. Das ist etwas, wovon wir schon lange geträumt haben. Nun scheint die Zeit gekommen zu sein, dieses Projekt anzupacken.

Not sure whether this is a brave move or just suicidal.
At least not another CDR *label*.

All I can say is welcome here and best of luck with such a daring project.
Vinyl only in 2012  
Hope you did some market research as to how many people have (working) turntables then how many of those would be interested in electronic music reissues or new.
And the first release is Kistenmacher's Head-Vision which I still have the original LP...
It may be possible to get Klaus Schulze excited enough to donate some vinyl exclusive music to attract attention.
Sorry, not for me.

I'll go play Uriah Heep's Suicidal Man from Wonderworld, just need to decide if I should play the LP, CD or straight out of iTunes

In conjunction to the restart of MIRecords we are proud and happy to inform you that all releases of MIRecords will now distributed from DA Music - Deutsche Austrophon; Germany
We are also preparing a webshop which will be online soon.
So please take notice that we neither are fooling you nor that we suffer from suicidal tendencies.

Hello together,
it is time now to cross the finish line!
Premastering is done and also the artwork is complete. Now it is on the recordfactory to
put everything together.
We are not expecting any kind of complications at this moment and are happy to tell you, that we can hold the date of release, which will be the 2nd of july (2012 of course )
DA Music will immeditaly start with distribution but you can also feel free to visit www.mirecords.biz
Head-Visions is coming!

Good morning,
we would like to give you some informations about the upcoming re-release of "Head-Visions" LP.
Despite of other informations, this record will contain no bonus track (as with the CD, that was many years ago released on Musique Intemporelle first and later on Green Tree Records, was done).
With this release, we returned back to the roots and tried - during the mastering process - to capture everything from the original 8-track tapes, that was originally recorded. This tapes are at least 26 years old!
Also, no other instruments or voices were added. We used only the original material and tried to get the best out of it.
So here is the official track-list with times:

Quitting Time - 14:34 Min
La Tendresse - 13:01 Min
