Sun Aug 07, 2011 7:10 pm You are invited to enter the ENDLESS MIND PORTAL
ENDLESS MIND PORTAL is my pranam to the old and ancient masters of the ‚Berlin School‘ of electronic music,
who‘s astonishing music is an neverending well of enjoyment and inspiration to me, and is therefore, with all respect, dedicated to:
Peter Baumann, Christopher Franke and Edgar Froese (Tangerine Dream),
Manuel Göttsching (Ashra), Michael Hoenig (Agitation Free),
Harald Großkopf and Klaus Schulze
This project was triggered by meeting some excellent musicians
(and their music) in the internet forum of the EM Portal
(http://www.emportal.info/portal.php) - a great place to visit if You are
interested in electronic music! Without this encounter this project would never have happened,
so my special thanks goes to everyone there, and especially to Stephen Parsick and Bert ‚Phrozenlight‘ Hülshoff.
The conceptual idea (which is not exactly new, especially in the field of
electronic music) was inspired by some of my favorite authors:
James Graham Ballard, Olaf Stapeldon, H.P. Lovecraft and Wiliam Hope Hodgson.
Without the support and patience of my family, and without the interest and feedback of a lot of friends,
this project never would have been possible,
and my love and heartfelt thanks go to all of You!

Hi Michael, i've checked your music on Reverbnation.
Interesting, well done i must say.
How is life now in Germany? I've lived for 4 years near Landshut.
It was a nice experience in my life.

Thank You, everyone
Would be very nice to get to know Your opinion
I'll add some "trivia" and a "making of" story somewhen this week (at the moment, I‘m rather exhausted by the mammoth task of finishing the project and have to slow down seriously...a bit...)
Maybe I should add one tip:
The "story" part, especially the first three tracks, are very much in ambient/drone/soundscape mode (more "Zeit" or "Mirage" than "Stratosfear" or "New Age of Earth", so to speak).
If You feel that this might be too boring for You, You might want to concentrate on the bonus material - there's much more "action" (in the shape of drums, sequences and melodies) in that... _________________ M I C H A E L B R Ü C K N E R http://michaelbrueckner.bandcamp.com

A big
THANK YOU
to everyone who had a look (or even a listen), and especially of course to those who gave me feedback (and very friendly feedback so far...) - and an additional
BIG BIG THANK YOU
for posting it in the EMPortal spotlight on the start page - I didn't expect this, and I'm (sniff...) actually kinda moved...
By the way, if there's any reviewer interested to review this project - I would be honoured!
first listen going on right now.
impressed by the professional design and quality graphics
and also by the epic scope of the introductory piece - feels like an intro, but is 20 minute long. very well done
beautiful and generous package, much appreciated.
many thanks!

Hi everyone!
I'm very happy to present to You the first of several planned YouTube clips to ENDLESS MIND PORTAL by my trusty old friend Frobisch Froschlaich aka Gauch+Schlom (or was it vice versa...?), who knocked on my door earlier this week to tell me that he wants to continue our video collaboration after a longer hiatus - thank You very much, Frank! (His real name, there You go. Well, maybe...).
By the way, if anyone has listened a bit to this music in the meanwhile, feel free to tell me what You think!
