GEEZ louise, artery clogging appetite.

I will stick to tofu and rice pilaf.

Well i enjoy salads with chicken, sandwiches on multigrain bread, whole wheat pizzas, cottage cheese with fruit, etc etc.

This day in age i eat healthy and the most of my adult life i have done so, been into fitness over 29 yrs, FOOD is great, some stuff is better in limited moderation.

I have food allergies, so eat a restricted diet mainly of fish, chicken and vegetables as can't eat dairy products and quite a few other things like eggs, citrus fruit, soya etc.

My 'treats' are dairy free chocolate cake and dairy free dark chocolate.

Rosemary and garlic encrusted oven-roasted pork tenderloin
Barbecue grilled pork chops with a fiery rub I buy from Penzie's Spices
Oven roasted potatoes with paprika and/or rosemary
Ginger sesame green beans
Brussel sprouts sauteed in butter (LOTS of butter)

...If it contains, it is based on ... or is flavored with CHEESE...
...I'll devour anything...
