I am really courious if this gig will cause the same stir as the TD event back then. Will the audience apprechiate Loom just because it is something which is so close to TD, or will they like it as a singular band?

Personally I'm looking forward to this gig because Johannes Schmoelling is one of the members of Loom. He's one of the (few) musicians that I truly admire. That has nothing to do with TD.

bands of this nature will always attract a large percentage of their audience based solely on who they were. What they produce musically remains to be seen, but they should certainly draw a crowd, which is both a good thing and a sad thing.
I think it's a good thing. Anything to get some creaky knees out of their armchairs and off to a concert, right?
Once you hear good music in a live setting it can be addicting. You want to get out there..

Fo sho! Lately I've gotten back into going out to see gigs. Looking forward to the Detroit Electronic Music Festival next weekend.

I am now also proud to announce the 2nd act for E-Live 2011.
He will play in the afternoon after the opening act.
And it is none other then my friend Eric v.d. Heijden!
(and to all who are concerned NO I won't be on the stage with him:-)
Hopefully Eric will have his new CD ready then also but for now I am thrilled I could convince him to take the stand and play solo on E-Live 2011!!

E-News 743 reports:
E-LIVE UPDATE !!!
October 15th 2011 in the Enck in Oirschot near Eindhoven.
The first performance of the day will be by MATZUMI - She is one of the few EM female artists around and is one of the biggest surprises in the EM scene last year.
She will mesmerize the audience with her music, i am proud to present her!
