For what it's worth, Synergy is a registered trademark as a record label and musical act but not for an album title in which case it's just like any other word.
However, a registered name does not mean much unless the first/original registered owner is prepared to fight off anyone else using the same brand name.
There are several Synergy music acts like this smooth Jazz outfit:
