the second edition of the AntennA festival features a wide mix of electronic music live acts. For the classic EM lovers, there's Silver Galaxy from Berlin, the band project of Anna-Maria Van Reusel (see Thorsten Quaeschning's Behind Closed Doors) and Ron Boots/Rob Papen. Ambient fans should check out Avondlicht and Stijn Huwels. Onrust will please the more beat oriented fans. Plus a whole load more of modular and electronic artists
It was a nice festival. Unfortunately I had to drive home so enjoying the good Belgian beers was not possible for me.
We didn't attend all concerts but from the concerts we attended on Saturday we liked the following concerts:
* Halfgeleider
* Silent Noise Revolution: great combination of minimal piano music which LoFi sounds on the background that worked very well!
* Ron Boots & Rob Papen
Also very cool and interesting were the stories of Paul Verkempinck who presented "Muziek uit the Kosmos" and "Kaleidofoon" in the late seventies.
