Cambodian raw beef salad
Vindaloo (NOT the generic made from a jar stuff served in most restaurants)
Congee
Rijstaffel
Creme Catalan
Many Sichuan dishes
Moroccan tajines (though I did just about OD on them when there recently)
Mangosteens
Potato salad (only when it's done properly!)
Rocquefort cheese, Delice de Bourgogne, and many other blue and washed-rind type cheeses
Vietnamese noodle soup

I could go on for ages..... cooking pumpkin soup tonight.

Sounds like some great dishes.

My favorite dishes that I cook:

Pan-fried walleye
Shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic
Rosemary and garlic encrusted oven-roasted pork tenderloin
Barbecue grilled pork chops with a fiery rub I buy from Penzie's Spices
Oven roasted potatoes with paprika and/or rosemary
Ginger sesame green beans
Brussel sprouts sauteed in butter (LOTS of butter)
Oven roasted broccoli
Stir-fry chicken with bean sprouts, cashews and snow peas
Grilled salmon sprinkled with assorted herbs and basted with butter and lemon

well, as you can see, I love to cook....so, who's hungry??? Laughing

Rosemary and garlic go great with pork. I sometimes marinate pork loins in garlic, rosemary and a bit of Italian dressing.

Grilled or broiled salmon i always a win/win when cooked right.

I eat just about everything and will try everything at least once but my main (food) nemesis as a kid was Brussel sprouts! Love every other veggie..

Cambodian raw beef salad sounds delicious to me, indeed. I am a bit into raw-foodism, as I really like some types of raw meat (beef, tuna et al). A bit risky but there you go. Anyway, carpaccio is one of my all-time favourites. If this salad is anything like that, it should be a real treat.
