I heard this album on Ultima Thule radio show. I think many people in this forum would dig it. Great sequencer stuff. One long 37 minute track.

And a second album called Das Nichts mit Funkeln also great.

Both are available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, etc.

Silent Seas was a stunner. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately I couldn't find a Bandcamp page, nor any other place where I could easily listen to (or buy!) the music without a subscription. That's a pity.

Some EM artists (Telomere also comes to mind) really limit their audience by leaving out some of the most popular channels for getting music theses days.

Just had a listen - very pleasant and well done!
Thanks for the recommendation!

I sent a message to him to please add Silent Seas and Funkeln to his Bandcamp page.

From there, I clicked on his own website and found you can order the two titles on CD, but I have no idea what the store is. Never heard of them, and it appears to be a manufacturer of discs, not really a store. I was reluctant to proceed.

Thank you for mentioning my music here, everyone - I confess I'm a bit overwhelmed (in a very nice way!)

Thanks also to Ultima Thule, who also played my previous release, and to Star's End (CVZ has played Silent Seas twice.)

Yes, the previous albums will be up on Bandcamp as soon as possible. There was a small catch with Bandcamp, in that the maximum track-length for a newcomer is about 26 minutes, which ruled out the first two releases. Once I've had $20 worth of sales, the limit is removed - and, thanks to [you know who you are] that's not too far off.

The physical CDs come from Kunaki, and I've been happy with the quality of the product - I post these out myself for promotional purposes. But I realize the postage for buyers is just crazy, and have underestimated the listener demand for actual discs. I'm now intending to stock and sell them myself, perhaps through Bandcamp or maybe an eBay shop?

Next album is nearly half way through, and will be somewhere back to a longer track format. There's a live recording, and a reissue of an earlier album, to come out at some time, too.

Thank you all again for the kind attention!

EDIT: now available on Bandcamp: https://fluxus-music.bandcamp.com/album/silent-seas

There's a little "trick" which might help:
Try to upload the music in FLAC format - this halves the file size (the minimum is about actual file size, not running time. At least that's the way it used to be...).

Of course, the tracks may still be to large if the tracks a veeeery long (I didn't check that).

Good thinking, Michael - I've tried that a few times now, and, sadly, the system is rejecting the track once uploaded and processed.

Anyway, as I said, hopefully, it won't be too long before I can upload Silent Seas.

The trick I used for bandcamp was to upload a random 10 min piece of music, charged as tenner for it and got enough friends to buy it til I hit the target. And then just refunded them.

Thanks, Michael!

I've sorted the CD distribution out now - they're now sold from my eBay shop, rather than the duplication company.
