Bonjour to all of you. I hope you had a great X-Mas time and that the end of the year goes by with the ones you love. Here are the reviews I posted on Synth & Sequences since December 16th.
If you like dark and deep ambient music, Sam Rosenthal’s The Passage will fill your ears with great ambient moods:

The musical world of Robert Rich is rather unique. You have to let yourself get in to love it at its best. So did I and I discover a whole world of music as enchanting as intriguing. Medecine Box is a very beautiful and lyrical album for poetic souls:

Ylang is in the same mood as Medecine Box and contains some really nice musical jewels:

In another registre, Alluste’s Digital Age is more bouncy and filled by good sequencing. It’s a blend of Software, Schroeder and Klangwelt with a slight touch of TD:

Remember Green’s Electro Shock is an enchanting musical journey on variations of the same theme, but with subtle nuances that are just appealing:

This review of Klaus Schulze's Timewind was missing. Here is a translation from a French version I wrote back in 2007. Sequencing on Bayreuth Return is totally awesome!

DiN label always give stunning and enchanting works. Mazmoneth’s Music by Mirrors is another perfect example:

Finally, Ian Boddy is offering as a free download Index 02; a compilation of 9 great albums from Arc, Ian Boddy in solo and with outstanding musicians as Robert Rich, Bernd Wöstheinrich, Markus Reuter and other brilliant sound sculptors. It’s free and worth to get!

That’s all for these last 2 weeks. For the next 2 weeks I’ll dig into Steve Smith which is a great surprise, new Retrochet, some new stuff from Spotted Peccary as well as the new Pyramid Peak and Erik Seifert. Of course, if time and health are on my side. So be sure to log in. May 2012 be great to all of you and especially to those synth geniuses who gave and will give again and again this fabulous nectar for ears.
Have a great 2012 year. Peace on earth, heart and mind
