I have some tracks here and there, Playmate In Paradise (excerpt) and Havlandet are great.
I used to have Babel on LP but sold it.

I enjoyed Are You Sequenced a lot years ago when I had just discovered Schulze, now not that much, mainly because of that extremely simple, relentless boom-tsh beat that permeates most of the album.
it still has some great moments though.
here's a weird KS track that I love: Klaustrophony from Dreams! - even the weird voice! - the drum roll is simply amazing! who's with me?

Well - I can (intellectually... ) understand that people dislike that steady beat - but personally, it never disturbed me much (on the contrary...). For there's a lot going on rythmically in the sequencing, so I experience the steadyness of the drums as a counterpoint and as a foundation/basis - like a heartbeat, which is also something very simple. Schulze underpinned a lot of his tracks from the (late) 70ies on with a simple 4/4 pulse, and for me, it usually works. I actually even prefer that to the slightly "exotic" way he uses sampled drums and percussion in the early 90ies (like on Miditerrenean Pads, for example...), even if that beat programming is much more diverse and complex.
But I'm definitely with You with "Klaustrophony" - great track (voice included). Dreams is a strong album (from a rather weak period) in general...

I actuallly like Are You Sequenced, lots of f/x and reverb, track 7 is my fave.

Wow, glad to see I'm not the only one who still holds IRRLICHT and CYBORG in such high regard in Klaus' body of work. Those are definitely on my list as well.
Disc 6 from the Historic Edition, which contains The Andromeda Strain and Make Room, Make Room could well be my all-time favorite CD to listen to on just about any occasion. Incredible that these two pieces were never actually released until that box set! They are both absolutely perfect for me in terms of tone, sounds, length, etc.
Agreed on both counts that BODY LOVE 1 and 2 should be considered one album AND that they belong on the top five list. Having finally seen the film a few years back, the music is not only great but P.T.O. is perfectly integrated into the movie and makes the lengthy climactic orgy stimulating not only for the obvious reasons, but for the music as well.
MIRAGE and TIMEWIND are also amazing and should be on the list.
Honorable mention to Liquid Coincidence from Disc 2 of FARSCAPE. When played loud on my speakers it could well be one of the most unspeakably beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard. Evocative of feelings I've never experienced through music before. Makes me happy to think that Klaus is still able to do something like that to me in his newer music.
Oh wait. That's more than five discs. Damn.

I quite like the book, so I don't think so. It was rather expensive too.
I would have loved to have a, say, double-album with highlights from 40 years of Schulze though. A follow-up to the 1993 Essential 2CD, perhaps. Strange that there is no such thing. Would be great for new fans.

I remember borrowing Miditerranean Pads from a friend in the early 90s, and really liking the opening minutes which somehow reminded me of Hans Zimmer's rhythmic stuff from films. But when that style continued for the rest of the album without much variation, my interest disappeared.
I borrowed Dig It too. That one was just weird.
